Medieval Feast

For our rotation topic night we focused on the British Isles and had a Midieval Feast.  We dressed up in our most Renaissance style costumes and had a candle-lit feast of cabbage pottage, fresh fruits, cheeses, Irish soda bread, and roasted chicken (which was one of our roosters that we butchered recently).  After the feast the kids danced to Medieval music. We really enjoyed this experience of bringing history to life.
