I made my very first sweater from our sheep wool (and my first sweater ever)! It was quite the process and I think that between washing and carding the wool, spinning the yarn, and knitting the sweater, it probably took me about 150 hours to complete. I made it for Jershon for Christmas and although it is far from perfect, I think it turned out pretty well and it makes me happy. It is mostly made from Swen’s wool, along with a mixture of Dan and Karl’s wool mixed together for a few parts because I ran out of Swen’s.
