We went camping last night. Campout #2 for 2019! We went to Miner’s Canyon again since its too cold in the mountains still. We were hoping to get the same campsite as last time, but when we got there it was already taken. So we ended up at one of the last spots available. Not the prettiest site, but it worked well enough.
The highlight of this campsite for the kids was a huge pile of rocks (probably for the gravel road). They spent a lot of time climbing on that pile of rocks… and finding rocks for their rock collections. đ
It was pretty cold in the middle of the night (got down to the mid 40s) so I didn’t sleep super well… but I never sleep super well on campouts so oh well.
